Fixed a bug in MCL library related with the convertion of 'CAPITAL OMICRON WITH TONOS' to unaccented capital omicron. Now MCL version is 1.1.

I released the source code for the MCL library under the MIT licence. MCL is a portable library of C++ classes and templates that offers among others balanced binary search trees, doubly linked lists, stacks, queues, blowfish encryption, md5 digest, expression evaluator, date/time, greek string codepage translation.
